This 7-month transformational program is designed for next-generation leaders — fresh managers, team leaders, aspiring managers, talents, and key employees. Building on the Level I program, it focuses on advancing leadership development toward creating mutual prosperity, supportive relationship systems, collaboration, and connecting with your own purpose as a source of sustainable growth and life balance. Led by experienced instructors — former corporate managers — you will have a unique opportunity to be part of a community of like-minded professionals, both men and women, from diverse business environments.
What to expect during the 7 months?
- Negotiation and achieving mutually beneficial solutions - the ability to conduct challenging conversations and seek consensus based on the principles of mutual prosperity.
- Relationship-ecosystem - focusing on building a healthy, supportive environment. Mapping and analyzing your relationship ecosystem to develop a quality, functional network grounded in mutual prosperity and sustainable growth.
- The role of the sponsor - understanding and activating the sponsor role in personal and career development. Practical approaches to effectively develop and maintain a sponsor-sponsoree relationship.
- Purpose / mission - uncovering your life mission and practical ways to integrate it. Discover your mission as a source of inner fulfillment and meaning in achieving success.
- Change as a tool for success - increasing readiness to respond promptly and competently during change processes, improving understanding of yourself and others within those processes. Effectively managing challenges in a dynamically changing environment.
- Final transformational workshop - practical, interactive exercises and transformational techniques to reinforce and achieve lasting program impact.
The program takes place in a small group (max. 12 participants), led by experienced instructors from the LeadIN team.
