STRESS MANAGEMENT AND RESILIENCE PROGRAMS

The current environment is very fast-paced and performance-oriented, subjecting people to a vast number of stressful stimuli. Modern times entail increased morbidity and the risk of burnout syndrome, which consequently leads to decreased motivation, efficiency, and performance at workplaces. This calls for a new type of investment – in the mental well-being and resilience of employees. Our programs and own concepts are designed to equip individuals with a variety of practical tools and techniques to achieve greater balance and overall resilience to stressful situations in everyday life.



BODYMIND BALANCE



BODYMIND BALANCE is a unique concept that focuses on the systematic cultivation of balance in life, positively impacting emotional stability, mental resilience, and overall health. Participants learn practical techniques which empower them to manage acute and chronic stress more effectively and to develop healthy habits in both personal and professional life.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE


The program consists of two intensive, interactive, and experiential full-day workshops held 4–6 weeks apart. In a small group setting (up to 12), participants will learn to use comprehensive techniques for working with the mind and body, such as breathing exercises, emotional fitness, Tao-Yin, and many others.



MINDFULNESS




Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method that helps enhance overall mental well-being, stability, and resilience. It has a positive impact on both mental and physical health, while also increasing one's effectiveness and performance in the workplace.

The goal of the program is to equip participants with practical techniques to:

  • Better manage stress
  • Increase focus and concentration levels
  • Handle challenging situations and negative emotions with greater ease
  • Improve the ability to unwind and relax

PROGRAM STRUCTURE


The program consists of four interactive workshops held every 3 to 4 weeks. Each session lasts 2 to 4 hours, providing time and space for explaining the principles of mindfulness and practicing various techniques. Participants will gain a strong knowledge foundation, which they can further apply in both their professional and personal lives.



INNER BALANCE




Inner Balance is a unique concept designed primarily for company clients. Its goal is to improve the overall mental resilience and well-being of employees, thereby contributing to health, balance and efficiency in the workplace. The program consists of a unique, highly effective combination of techniques and practices inspired by psychology, neuroscience, the concept of mindfulness, and yoga. Through practical group training, the acquired techniques and knowledge become immediately applicable in daily life – for example, in emotionally challenging situations, meetings, or wherever they are useful and needed.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase the ability to cope with stress and challenging situations in both professional and personal life
  • Learn to work with personal fears, limiting patterns and blocks to unlock full potential
  • Improve resilience, focus and the ability to relax
  • Master effective techniques for preventing stress and maintaining balance

PROGRAM STRUCTURE


The program is delivered in groups with a maximum of 15 participants. It consists of 4-5 workshops, divided into 2-hour blocks, with a time interval of 1 – 3 weeks. These 2-hour sessions provide sufficient time for explaining the theoretical background and practicing the techniques without taking additional time from the working-time pool. Employees can immediately apply the learnt techniques after the workshop.
