Our new 7-month transformational program is designed for Young Professionals — team leaders, talents, and key employees who want to enhance their ability to lead themselves and develop their potential for collaboration with others. Led by experienced instructors — former corporate managers — the program offers a unique opportunity to learn within a group of like-minded participants, both men and women, from diverse business environments and industries. Considering certain specifics of male and female leadership, some topics will be delivered separately. The goal of the program is to guide participants toward the principles of authentic leadership — learning how to improve performance, build success with greater ease, and simultaneously achieve higher life satisfaction.

What to expect during the 7 months of the program?

  • Talent and Flow – you will recognise your strengths and discover what naturally puts you into flow. The key to sustainable success without stress.
  • Inner Motivation - you will uncover sources of inner motivation and passion. Learn how to consciously integrate them to better manage your energy and bring more joy and enthusiasm to both your professional and personal life.
  • Leadership as a Life Attitude – you will identify and transform limiting attitudes and beliefs to strengthen your leadership abilities.
  • Limiting Patterns and Blocks - you will reveal what holds you back internally—fears, autopilot behaviours, old patterns. You will gain tools to transform these into ease, confidence, and freedom in action.
  • Acceleration Sessions in Small Groups - effective small group sessions designed to deepen the impact of the topics covered and support the practical application of learned skills.
  • Team Talent and Flow - discover the power of diversity within a team and learn how to consciously cultivate it. Gain tools to build team flow, effective communication, and collaboration.
  • Final Transformational Workshop - focused on shifting mindsets, encouraging creative and unconventional approaches that turn the impossible into possible.
