This 10-month advanced program is designed for graduates of the Authentic Leadership program, aiming to accelerate and deepen its impact through a focus on practical application and the current challenges faced by participants from various companies and business sectors.
Sessions take place once a month in the form of interactive workshops, individual consultations, and small-group acceleration work. Throughout the program, we apply various techniques to maximize effectiveness and invite external speakers as well.
Examples of topics included: working with personal identity and ego, deepening self-awareness, developing your potential, leadership and emotions, resilience, inner balance for leaders, and mindfulness.
What can you expect during the 10 months of the program? Examples of topics include:
- Developing a personal vision – focusing on personal identity, current aspirations, and goals for the next 12 months.
- Leadership & emotions - understanding, accepting, and integrating the full range of emotions and their role in leadership.
- The leader’s ego – recognizing and integrating the ego to support authenticity and mutually beneficial collaboration with others.
- Mindfulness and resilience – a scientifically backed method for personal effectiveness and sustainable success. Practical techniques for everyday use to boost resilience and prevent burnout.
- Leadership and limiting patterns – conscious work with limiting blocks and fears to fully develop individual potential and accelerate team effectiveness.
- Authentic communication based on congruence - enhancing the quality of conversations and relationships by aligning one’s attitudes and behavior into authentic expression. Experiential and practical techniques to achieve greater personal effectiveness and team cohesion on the path to success.
