Program opens in autumn 2024 - registration is already possible.

10-month follow-up program for graduates of the Authentic Leadership program, designed to accelerate and enhance its impact by focusing on practical applications and addressing the challenges currently faced by participants from diverse companies and countries. Individual interactions take place in English, once a month, through interactive workshops, individual consultations, and group activities. Various techniques are implemented throughout the program to achieve the desired outcomes and external speakers are invited to provide additional insights.

Examples of topics: Exploring personal identity and ego, deepening self-awareness, unlocking potential, understanding leadership and emotions, cultivating inner balance as a leader, practicing mindfulness.

What can you expect during the 10 months in the program?

  • Discovering your personal vision: Focus on your identity, aspirations, and goals.
  • Leadership & emotions: Learn to accept and embrace the full range of your emotions, as well as how to work with them effectively.
  • Leader's ego: Gain a better understanding of your ego and its importance in developing authenticity and fostering collaboration with others.
  • Mindfulness: Explore scientifically proven mindfulness practices that contribute to personal effectiveness and success. Practice techniques for daily use to enhance overall mental resilience and prevent burnout.
  • Energy management: Work with your own physical and mental energy - a central theme in the context of sustainable success. Identify your biorhythm, recognize energy drains, discover sources of energy and learn to utilize them effectively.
  • Authentic communication skills: Develop skills that will help you establish more meaningful and beneficial relationships both in your internal and external network.
