In the first year, we deliver our cross-company programs in separate groups of women and men, with a maximum of 15 participants. We create an environment of trust and targeted development with respect given to certain specifics of male and female leadership. For example, when we work on topics like ego, fears, limiting formulas or negotiation. They require a distinctive approach to both groups.

Managers or entrepreneurs from different segments and industries, who want to know how to build sustainable success and how to create satisfaction and happiness at the same time, can enrol in the program.
