We’re opening on 9.12.2024 - registration is already possible.

In the first year, we implement our cross-company programs in separate groups, especially for women and men, with a maximum of 15 participants. We create an environment of trust and targeted development with respect given to certain specifics of male and female leadership. For example, we work with ego, fears, limiting formulas, which requires a distinctive approach for both groups.

Managers or entrepreneurs, who want to know how to build sustainable success and not to only succeed, but also have life satisfaction and happiness at the same time, can enrol in the program.
