Our group-programs are the following:
AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP+ (AL+)
We offer the program in two formats:
1.Cross-Company Format – A group formed by participants from various organizations. We offer both Level I and Level II programs (the latter designed for graduates of Level I).
2. In-House Format – Tailored for a group of leaders (senior and middle management) and selected employees (top talents) within a single organization.
This is a unique program on the Czech and Slovak markets, with a proven track record of success across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in Japan and the Middle East. It provides a structured developmental journey with professionals from diverse industries, sectors, and roles. Participants engage in facilitated discussions on real-world challenges and solutions, practical leadership models, creative experiential exercises, and targeted recommendations. The program runs in gender-specific groups, each limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
The newly refined AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP+ PROGRAM is designed as a transformative experience that guides you toward authentic leadership while supporting the integration of your professional and personal life. The program consists of two standalone yet interconnected modules. Each module lasts 6 months, forming a comprehensive 12-month journey to authentic leadership. The modules can be purchased separately, without the need to commit to the full program from the start.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP ADVANCED PROGRAM (LVL II)
A 10–month follow–up program for graduates of the Authentic Leadership program with the intention of accelerating and deepening its effect through focusing on practical application and the current challenges faced by participants. The interactions take place once a month in the form of interactive workshops, work in triads and individual consultations. To achieve the strongest effect, during the program we apply different techniques, games, methods, and invite external speakers. Examples of topics covered: working with personal identity, the leader’s ego, leadership and emotions, inner balance of the leader, mindfulness, deepening self–knowledge, developing own potential and personal freedom... etc.

The eight-month transformational program is designed for young professionals—fresh managers, team leaders, talents, and key employees—who want to improve their ability to lead themselves and develop their potential for collaboration with others.
Led by experienced instructors, former corporate managers, this program offers a unique opportunity to learn in a group of like-minded participants, both men and women, from various business environments and industries.
The program format is interactive, incorporating various types of learning, including group workshops, small acceleration groups, and individual work. The goal of the program is to guide participants towards the principles of authentic leadership—teaching them how to improve their performance and build success with greater ease, while also achieving higher satisfaction in life.

LEADERSHIP GROUP COACHING
Group coaching – acceleration meetings for participants and graduates of the Authentic leadership programs. The aim of group-coaching is to strengthen the effect of our authentic leadership programs. During 5 meetings over a 5–month period in a group of maximum 12 participants we work together to foster satisfaction and efficacy through discussing actual professional and real-life situations. The group brings a variety of different points of view how to look at challenges and find solutions. Under the guidance of experienced lecturers, all participants have the opportunity to share with other team-members from different companies and find “out of box” solutions to their current challenges.
Group coaching effect
During sessions participants will:
- Strengthen their ability to solve problems / challenges related to professional and personal situations
- Increase personal efficacy and satisfaction, as well as the ability to interact more effectively with others
- Re-apply various tools and methods learnt in the Authentic Leadership Program, to foster professional and personal development
- Be inspired by examples from the group, through “aha” moments that occur. Participants are motivated to understand their challenges and find possible solutions
- Develop empathy and effectively apply it in their professional and personal lives
