10-month follow-up program for graduates of the Authentic Leadership program, designed to accelerate and enhance its impact by focusing on practical applications and addressing the challenges currently faced by participants from diverse companies and countries. Individual interactions take place in English, once a month, through interactive workshops, individual consultations, and group activities. Various techniques are implemented throughout the program to achieve the desired outcomes and external speakers are invited to provide additional insights.
Examples of topics: Exploring personal identity and ego, deepening self-awareness, unlocking potential, understanding leadership and emotions, cultivating inner balance as a leader, practicing mindfulness.
