We’re launching a re-designed version of the AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP+program – now available either as separate modules or bundled together at a discounted 2in1+ rate.
Based on your feedback and evolving needs, we’ve created an upgraded new format of the transformational AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP+ program. It’s now divided into two interconnected yet standalone parts:
- Lead Yourself+ how to become your own leader, recognize your true value and flow, and build sustainable success and personal fulfilment.
- Lead to Collaborate+ how to collaborate effectively and mutually beneficially, acquire essential leadership skills, and drive team success.
Each module lasts 6 months, forming a comprehensive 12-month journey to authentic leadership.
The modules can be purchased separately, without the need to commit to the full program from the start.

Our cross-company programs are delivered in small groups, separated by gender, with a maximum of 15 participants per group. This setup allows us to work intensively and deeply, while creating a confidential and safe environment. We use our own proprietary concepts, through which participants acquire what we call a “master skillset” — skills that form the foundation for true transformation. These create a basis for authenticity and help shift limiting patterns and attitudes that prevent individuals from achieving success aligned with happiness and fulfilment.

Program Structure
Each module includes interactive group workshops, small-group acceleration sessions, peer coaching, and individual assignments.
MODUL I.
LEAD YOURSELF+
- LEAD YOURSELF+ is a transformational program designed to help participants discover their natural talents, strengths, and sources of inner motivation that lead to greater fulfillment, sustainable energy, and long-term success. Participants develop their leadership mindset, transform limiting beliefs, fears and behavioral patterns, and learn how to unlock their full potential.
- The program also helps participants discover their sense of purpose, broaden their perspective on what is possible, and find creative solutions to professional and personal challenges. Through group coaching and acceleration sessions in small groups, participants translate new insights into everyday practice, strengthening their effectiveness, self-confidence, and ability to achieve their goals with greater ease.
MODUL II.
LEAD TO COLLABORATE+
- LEAD TO COLLABORATE+ develops the ability to build exceptional collaboration by leveraging diversity, mutual talents, and the principles of team flow. Participants learn to consciously develop their network, effectively utilize the power of the ecosystem, and understand the roles of mentor, coach, and sponsor as key elements of personal and team growth.
- The program also strengthens skills in transformational negotiation, creatively solving professional challenges, and finding solutions based on mutual prosperity. Through group coaching, acceleration meetings, and a final transformation workshop, participants connect the acquired knowledge into practice and develop the ability to turn new opportunities into real results.
*The Lead to Collaborate+ module can only be attended after successful completion of Lead Yourself+ module.
