ONDREJ’S STORY
Ondrej is a graduate in psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava. He has a strong interest in the field of positive psychology, as he believes that every individual possesses hidden potential and talents.
He has been part of the LeadIN center since March 2024, and currently works as an Operations Lead, where he focuses on team management and process optimization. He sees this role as a valuable step in his professional development within the field of psychology, combining people-oriented thinking with strategic and organizational skills.
In his free time, Ondrej enjoys calisthenics—bodyweight training—which he considers an important part of maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
