JÚLIA’S STORY
Júlia is a student of psychology at Charles University in Prague and has been part of the LeadIN team since September 2024. She works in the area of project and financial coordination. This role gives her the opportunity to develop systematic thinking, reliability and effective organization while gaining practical experience in psychology and team dynamics.
Julia is passionate about connecting psychological theory with real-world practice, particularly in the areas of personal development, team collaboration, and crisis intervention. She is currently on a path of continuous growth and education, with the goal of helping others through her own psychotherapeutic practice in the future. In addition to her studies and work, she is involved in volunteering and is a regular blood donor. In her free time, she recharges through outdoor activities, winter sports, light acrobatics, and yoga, which bring her balance and joy.
