ANDREJ’S STORY
Andrej graduated from Political science and International politics at the Faculty of Arts of the Comenius University Bratislava and Faculty of Social Studies of the Masaryk University Brno.
After a brief academic career, Andrej switched to business field. He has almost 20 years of experience, working for large international companies. First half of his career Andrej focused on Learning and Develoment, acting both, as an external consultant and as leader of several L&D departments, delivering more than 300 days of training and workshops. In later stages of his career Andrej moved towards change and transformation. He was responsible for large scale programs, focused on company culture, way of working, organisational redesign, innovations and process improvements. Recently was a member of the top management of a large international company, leading several teams of experts. After many years in corporate Andrej reached a point of change. He is passionate in sharing his experience across various industries, helping others to grow and be successful. He believes in human centered leadership, learning out of the comfort zone, and building resilience in times of uncertainty and change.
