Our current environment is very fast, high performance and result – oriented. Today’s intense times bring an increased level of morbidity and a risk of burnout-syndrome, which leads to reduced motivation and performance at work, too. This requires a new type of investment – in the mental well-being and resilience of employees. To those clearly belong our Mindfulness and Inner Balance programs.



MINDBALANCE



MINDBALANCE is a program that helps you learn practical techniques of stress-management, provides a safe space to share or even ventilate the distress (concerns, doubts, insecurities) felt in the current complex environment.

The aim of the MINDBALANCE program is to contribute to mutual prosperity through helping employees find balance, better deal with challenges, understand and manage own fears and gaining higher resilience. As a result, employers will experience strengthened employee engagement, work efficiency and stable performance.

THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO:

  • increase the participants’ ability to understand and better cope with situations of acute and chronic distress in their personal and professional lives
  • gain higher resilience
  • focus better and have continued high-performance.

MINDFULNESS




Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method that helps to increase overall mental well–being, as well as personal health, effectiveness and performance at work.

The aim of the Mindfulness program is to provide to participants practical methods to help them improve their professional and personal lives, as well as to increase their ability to deliver effective and balanced performance based on mental well–being. During the program, participants will learn techniques to:

  • better manage stressful situations
  • increase their concentration and attention span
  • better handle overwhelming negative emotions
  • increase their ability to break free and relax

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS


The program is divided into four 2 – hour blocks, with a 2 – 3 weeks interval. The 2 – hour blocks provide enough space to explain the theory and to practically test the techniques without the need for additional taking of work hours. After the workshop, participants can immediately apply the learnt techniques in their everyday lives.



INNER BALANCE




Inner Balance is our own concept designed to increase the overall mental resilience and well–being of participants, thereby strengthening their health and efficiency at work. It consists of a unique combination of several techniques and practices inspired by psychology, neuroscience, the concept of mindfulness, Tao Jin and yoga.

The goal of this program is to increase your ability to deal with situations of distress and pressure in both your professional and personal life. Participants will learn how to work with inner fears and blocks, therefore they’ll be able to use their potential better. Other benefits:

Learning simple and effective techniques to prevent stress and to maintain balance, which helps to develop a higher level of resistance, concentration and relaxation. By practising with a group, gaining the practical experience of how to use learned techniques in everyday life, for example: in emotionally challenging situations, meetings or wherever it’s useful and needed.


HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS


The program is implemented by a group of maximum 15 participants. It is divided to four 2 – hour blocks, with 1 – 3 weeks interval. The two – hour blocks provide enough space to explain the theory and to practically test the techniques without the need for additional taking of work hours. After the workshop, participants can immediately apply the learnt techniques in everyday life.
