PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION RULES
Personal data protection is very important for LeadIN, s.r.o. and we want to be open and transparent about the processing of your personal data.
That is why we have clear rules and conditions for personal data protection and processing. We have implemented various security, technical and organisational measures for data protection.
Who is the controller of your personal data?
The controller is LeadIN, s.r.o. with its seat at Grösslingová 51, 811 08 Bratislava, Company ID: 46 716 602, operator of the website: https://leadincenter.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Controller").
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The collected personal data are processed for the purpose of pre-contractual and contractual communication between LeadIN, s.r.o. and the data subject – a potential client or a client who has expressed their interest in our services.
In addition, personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) personalisation of our offer – information that you provide us with helps us adjust our offer to your individual needs,
b) website improvement – we regularly improve our website based on your information and feedback,
c) customer support improvement – your data help us efficiently respond to your questions and needs,
d) transaction processing – your information, public or non-public, will never be sold, exchanged or transferred to third parties without your consent, with the exception of data necessary for the processing of payment transactions and goods delivery,
e) processing of promotional events, surveys, etc.,
f) marketing purposes – sending newsletters – your personal data (email and name). Based on legitimate interest we assume that you are interested in our news for the period of 10 years from your last order,
g) sending e-mails – email address that you have entered on our website can be used for sending news, information on products and services, scheduled events, etc. At some of our events, photos and videos are made. Photos are used in promotional materials, especially on the website. You will never find names of participants in promotional materials, with the exception of customer testimonials based on their consent.

Personal data security and protection
We protect your personal data to a maximum extent by using modern technologies corresponding to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and maintained all technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Rest assured that all our colleagues who process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of your personal data. They are bound by this confidentiality even after their contractual relationship with us ends. Without your consent, your personal data will never be given to any third party.
Who has access to your data?
Your personal data are processed exclusively by the Managing Director and authorized persons trained to handle personal data. We never provide, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties. Data provided to third parties are used only for the provision of our services to you.
What is the legal basis for processing?
For each particular processing of your personal data that we collect from you, we will inform you whether processing is based on the law or it is necessary for the purpose of concluding a contract and whether you must provide us with personal data and we will inform you on potential consequences if you do not provide us with our data in line with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Right of access
You have the right to request information on what personal data we store concerning you. Please contact LeadIN, s.r.o. to get your personal data.
Right to data portability
Each time LeadIN, s.r.o. processes your personal data by using automated tools based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format that we provide to you or a third party. This applies only to personal data that you have provided us with.
Right to erasure
You have the right to erasure of any personal data processed by LeadIN, s.r.o. at any time, with the exception of these situations:
- you have an unresolved complaint or request,
- you have an open order which has not been shipped or has been shipped partially,
- there is a suspicion or confirmed suspicion that you have misused our services in the last four years,
- your debt was transferred to a third party within the last three years or, for deceased clients, within the last year,
- if you have made a purchase, your personal data related to the transaction are stored based on accounting regulations,
- and with the exception of situations under Section 23, par. 4 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection, and on the amendment of certain other acts.
Your right to object to the processing on the basis of legitimate interest:
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on LeadIN, s.r.o.’s legitimate interest. LeadIN s.r.o. shall not continue with the processing of your personal data with the exception of the case when we can demonstrate a legitimate reason for their processing which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal requirements.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from LeadIN, s.r.o. restriction of processing of your personal data under the following circumstances:
- if you object to the processing based on legitimate interest of LeadIN, s.r.o. The company shall restrict all processing of these data until legitimate interest is verified,
- if you claim that your personal data are incorrect, LeadIN, s.r.o. must restrict all processing of these data until the accuracy of personal data is verified,
- if processing is illegal, you can refuse erasure of personal data and instead require restriction of the use of your personal data,
- if LeadIN, s.r.o. no longer needs your personal data but they are required for the protection of legal claims.
If the processing of your personal data has been restricted, LeadIN, s.r.o. can continue processing your personal data only based on your consent or for the purpose of applying legal claims or for reasons of public interest.
Right to rectification
In case your personal data change, we are required to rectify them so that we process only updated and complete personal datae.
LeadIN, s.r.o. does not apply automated decision-making, including profiling, to your personal datav.

Why do we process your personal data?
Your personal data are used to fulfil our obligations stipulated by legal regulations, court decisions and decisions of competent authorities.
This includes the use of your personal data to collect and verify accounting data to comply with accounting regulations.

- the client’s name and surname,
- mailing address,
- transaction amount,
- transaction date,

Who has access to your personal data?
The beneficiaries of your personal data are employees of LeadIN, s.r.o. and intermediaries (external trainers) in line with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on the amendment of certain other acts.
If necessary, LeadIN, s.r.o. shares personal data with external consultants (e.g. lawyers or accountants).
If necessary, personal data may be shared with law enforcement authorities, courts and other public authorities if there is a legal reason for such proceedings.
