Authentic leadership is not about hierarchical position. It is an attitude to life based on knowledge and acceptance of self, as well as others, and on building mutual prosperity through collaboration. The authentic leader is aligned with him/herself and acts with integrity. He/she knows and consciously uses his/her own potential and talent, integrates his/her passion, follows his/her purpose, and supports others to do the same, while team-members are in flow – they are more efficient and satisfied.

Our purpose is to lead our clients to achieve excellent results with greater ease, accelerate collaboration with others, improve resilience in stressful situations, and reach overall satisfaction in both professional and personal life. AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (AL)


 

We deliver the program in 2 formats:




1. Cross-company – the group is created by participants from different companies, from various industries. We offer authentic leadership program Level I (Atairu) and Advanced Level II program (for those who have completed Level I)


2. Internal company programs –delivered internally for one company, typically for top or middle management, but also for selected employees (e.g., top talent).



It's a unique leadership program of its kind on the Czech and Slovak market with international success also in the CEE region, Japan and in the Middle East. Systematic work with facilitated discussions about actual challenges, problems, and their solutions. Practical models, creative games, and exercises to experience different points of view and to change one's mindset. Work in separate groups for men and women with a maximum number of 15 participants.

A 10-month program with the aim of guiding you towards authentic leadership and to help you best integrate all aspects of your professional and personal life. The program consists of 2 modules: 1. Lead Self and 2. Lead to Collaborate guided by experienced coaches, former top managers from international business environment. In a group of like-minded participants, you are led to progress in your performance and satisfaction, resilience, increased ability to lead and inspire others. The program relies on a range of learning approaches - from group-workshops to small group- and individual acceleration sessions.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP ADVANCED PROGRAM (LVL II)



A 10–month follow–up program for graduates of the Authentic Leadership program with the intention of accelerating and deepening its effect through focusing on practical application and the current challenges faced by participants. The interactions take place once a month in the form of interactive workshops, work in triads and individual consultations. To achieve the strongest effect, during the program we apply different techniques, games, methods, and invite external speakers. Examples of topics covered: working with personal identity, the leader’s ego, leadership and emotions, inner balance of the leader, mindfulness, deepening self–knowledge, developing own potential and personal freedom... etc.

LEADERSHIP GROUP COACHING



Group coaching – acceleration meetings for participants and graduates of the Authentic leadership programs. The aim of group-coaching is to strengthen the effect of our authentic leadership programs. During 5 meetings over a 5–month period in a group of maximum 12 participants we work together to foster satisfaction and efficacy through discussing actual professional and real-life situations. The group brings a variety of different points of view how to look at challenges and find solutions. Under the guidance of experienced lecturers, all participants have the opportunity to share with other team-members from different companies and find “out of box” solutions to their current challenges.

Group coaching effect

During sessions participants will:

  • Strengthen their ability to solve problems / challenges related to professional and personal situations
  • Increase personal efficacy and satisfaction, as well as the ability to interact more effectively with others
  • Re-apply various tools and methods learnt in the Authentic Leadership Program, to foster professional and personal development
  • Be inspired by examples from the group, through “aha” moments that occur. Participants are motivated to understand their challenges and find possible solutions
  • Develop empathy and effectively apply it in their professional and personal lives
