The aim of the 10-month program is to lead participants to a new culture of leadership – authentic leadership that is based on principles of sustainable success-creation and mutually prosperous collaboration with others. Under guidance of experienced lecturers - former business managers, the group of like-minded participants – both, women and men from different industries and functions, will find their strengths, natural talents, discover sources of inner motivation, identify their purpose, improve performance, satisfaction, resilience, and ability to truly excite and inspire others. Program is for English speaking participants and anyone, who prefers to complete the program in English. In this unique format a group of 9-14 participants (typically from top and mid-management) will be created - women and men from different countries of origin. Some selected topics we might provide separately due to gender – specifics in the way of delivery. By connecting both groups in the following interactions, we ensure immediate application and the option of exchanging different perspectives.
