Program opens in May - registration is already possible.

A 10-month follow-up program for Authentic Leadership graduates with the intention of accelerating and deepening its effect through a focus on practical application and the current challenges of participants. Interactions are held once a month through interactive workshops, work in triads – groups of 3-4 participants, and individual consultations. During the program, we apply various techniques and invite external speakers to reach the effect.

Examples of themes are: working with personal identity, self-empathy, deepening self-knowledge, developing potential, leadership and emotions, inner balance of the leader, mindfulness.

What's waiting for you in the 10-month program?

  • Discovering your personal vision – focusing on your own identity, aspirations and goals.
  • Leadership & Emotions – you will learn to accept the full extent of your emotions, as well as how to work with them.
  • Leader's ego – you will learn how to recognize your ego better and the importance of its integration for developing your own authenticity and cooperation with others.
  • Mindfulness – you will learn scientifically proven Mindfulness practices that contribute to personal efficiency and success. In the program, you’ll try practical day-to-day techniques that increase overall mental resistance and prevent burn-out.
  • Energy management – working with your own physical and mental energy is a main theme in the context of sustainable success. In this workshop, you will learn about your own biorhythm, you’ll identify traps where you lose the most energy and resources and how to use them.
  • The ability of authentic communication – this will serve you to build more meaningful and beneficial relationships, whether in an internal or external network.
