A 10-month follow-up program for Authentic Leadership graduates with the intention of accelerating and deepening its effect through a focus on practical application and the current challenges of participants. Interactions are held once a month through interactive workshops, work in triads – groups of 3-4 participants, and individual consultations. During the program, we apply various techniques and invite external speakers to reach the effect.
Examples of themes are: working with personal identity, self-empathy, deepening self-knowledge, developing potential, leadership and emotions, inner balance of the leader, mindfulness.
