Their Authentic Leadership program was part of 3 internal learning & development programs (for Agile coaches, Business Analysts and Data Scientists). More than 120 Raiffeisen Group employees (Austria and CEE) went through LeadIN workshops with a focus on successfully leading self and others towards higher performance and achieving the best results.
